Custom Copper Double-Leaf Entry Door – 112mm Solid & Insulated

The front door is the first handshake your home offers. Make it one people remember.

This double-leaf entry door is built from a single, non-negotiable material philosophy: real copper, real structure. Every door starts as a 1.2 mm sheet of solid copper — never laminate, never plated — wrapped around a profiled steel frame that keeps the wide leaves flat and true for decades. Inside, a 112 mm insulated core with full perimeter seals gives the door the thermal and acoustic performance you would expect from a wall, not a door.

The surface is where craft takes over. Patina and aged finishes are applied entirely by hand — brushed, toned and sealed once at the factory, so each door carries its own subtle, unrepeatable character. That seal is a one-time treatment: there is no protective coat to re-apply and no special upkeep, season after season, year after year. Because the art is in solid copper rather than a coating over something cheaper, the door can always be cleaned and re-patinated decades from now. Buy it once; it outlasts fashions, mortgages and generations — a door that behaves like an investment and looks like a masterpiece.

Every door is made to measure. Send us your opening size, a photo of your facade and your finish preference; we produce your door in our own workshop, quality-check it leaf by leaf, and ship it in a reinforced export crate with each leaf separated and protected — ready for installation by your local team, with our technical support throughout.

FAQ

Q1. Can the door be made to my own size?

Yes. Every door is made to measure. Send your opening width and height (finished opening preferred), and our team will confirm the door leaf sizes and production drawing before we start.

Q2. How long does production and delivery take?

Production lead time is for a standard single door after drawing approval. Sea freight to your port typically takesdepending on destination.

Q3. How is the door packed for international shipping?

In a reinforced export wooden crate. The two leaves are packed face-to-face with EPE foam and PE film between them so decorated surfaces never touch. The crate is sized for sea freight (this door: about 2450×1100×350 mm) and heat-treated per ISPM 15.

Q4. Will the copper colour change over time?

That is part of copper's charm. If sealed, the finish stays close to its original tone with minor natural deepening. If left unsealed outdoors, copper gradually develops its own patina. Both looks can be controlled, and the surface can always be cleaned and re-sealed later.

Q5. Does the door need maintenance — or a protective coat to re-apply?

No. The anti-corrosion finish is sealed and cured once at the factory, so there is no protective coat to re-apply and no annual maintenance routine. When dusty, wash with mild soap and water and avoid abrasive cleaners — that is all. If you ever wish to change the look decades later, the solid copper surface can be cleaned, re-patinated and re-sealed on site.

Q6. Do you offer installation?

Within China we install ourselves (design–fabrication–installation–after-sales, one accountable team). For overseas projects we provide detailed installation drawings, video guidance and remote technical support for your local installers.

Q7. What information do you need for a quote?

Opening size (W×H), door style or reference photo, finish preference, hardware needs, quantity, and your destination port / country. Quotes are usually returned within
