Tsinghua University Centennial Hall Complex is one of the key commemorative projects for Tsinghua's centennial celebration. It is located at the core of the campus, which is the boundary and intersection of different areas of Tsinghua University, and contains rich historical and cultural connotations of different periods, and belongs to the second type of area for cultural protection and control of construction.

In the architectural treatment, using the art principle of ‘strangeness’, the main body of the new Tsinghua Hall is designed as a large and small arc-shaped sloping wall, and the triangular motif is covered on the curved volume, while the folding and undulation of the body, the alternation of the windows and the solid wall, forming a strong sense of rhythm.

Ruimao Copper Art, one of the leaders of artistic copper doors, is good at carrying forward and innovating the traditional palace forging and burring techniques, creating copper decorations with cultural heritage. The copper decoration created by Ruimao Copper Art fully fits the spirit and functional characteristics of the place in terms of volume, form and colour, following the style of simplicity and atmosphere, and will be made of brass, with the traditional palace forging and burinning technique as the means to create three gates that fit the overall building, saving the atmosphere and reinforcing the continuation of the traditional architectural colours of Tsinghua University. Not only become an important cultural building to attract teachers, students and the public to walk into the Hall of Arts, but also at the beginning of the birth of Tsinghua's new centenary of the iconic building's mission. The copper decoration created by Ruimao Copper Art is not only a new building in the new century, but also marks a new starting point in the history of Tsinghua University, which will carry forward the spirit of humanism and innovation.
